Tried to blow on a vufuzela today. I can’t do it. They seem to be not much more than hollow plastic tubes with a bell shape at the end of them. I think one has to make a buzzing sound with one’s lips to get a vufuzela to work.

It’s 107 days to go to the FIFA 2010 Soccer World Cup. With the stadium and park in full view from our guesthouse we can see how renovations are progressing.
